St Anne’s House gets Planning Consent
LCE have successfully obtained planning consent for a family house in the grounds of the Grade II listed St Anne’s House and Art Gallery which was granted permission at last week’s Planning Committee hearing at Lewes District Council.
The sensitively designed ‘upside down’ house will be constructed from and clad in timber with the main living room space having views out over the Ouse Valley, whilst the lower sleeping level looks out onto a private courtyard hidden behind the existing flint wall that runs along the sites southern boundary on Rotten Row.
LCE look forward to progressing the scheme further through the detailed design and construction stages. More Information.
